Fee Payment

• - The premierauctions.com.au auction fees will be invoiced to the listing office at receipt of booking. Payment is due 7 days prior to auction .

Withdrawal policy

• - The full auction fee applies if the property goes to auction, is sold prior to auction or withdrawn from the auction less than 5 working days prior to the auction date.
• - An administration fee of $165 is payable if more than 5 working days notice is given.
