Fee Payment

• - The Auction fee will be invoiced to the listing office on receipt of booking and confirmation of the auction date.
• - Payment is due 7 days prior to auction.

Withdrawal policy

• - The full auction fee applies if the property goes to auction, is sold prior to auction or withdrawn from the auction.
