Please note that when conducting on site auctions it is the listing offices responsibility to comply with the neccessary regislation.

This includes:

- The registration of all bidders for residential and rural land

- Displaying the Terms & Conditions at least 30 minutes prior to auction

- Handing out Bidders Guides to all prospective purchasers

- Providing the auctioneer with a written reserve prior to the auction commencing
