• Ocean Blue Resort on the Gold Coast sold under the hammer for $35,500,000.

• He also conducted the first satellite-transmitted auction internationally.
• He was requested by the Commonwealth Bank to conduct their “Sale and Lease Back”
programme around Australia, in excess of $200 million in sales.
